By using the biji baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") website and related services, you agree to all of these Terms & Conditions. These terms are legally binding, so please read them in full before using our services.
The biji baji platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. If a minor is found to be using the service, their account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be voided.
Important: If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the biji baji platform.
Biji baji reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
02Account Registration
To register on biji baji, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false or incorrect details will be treated as a violation of these terms.
- Each person may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- The mobile number provided at registration must be valid and active.
- A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
- Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your account credentials with anyone.
- Accounts cannot be transferred or sold to another person.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately. biji baji will not be held responsible for any resulting losses if we are not informed in time.
03Betting Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on biji baji. They apply equally to all members.
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform cancels it due to a technical error on our end.
- Any bet accepted before the outcome of an event is determined will be considered valid.
- Biji baji reserves the right to accept or refuse any bet.
- Bets linked to match-fixing or any other illegal activity will be voided and the associated account will be suspended.
- Biji baji reserves the right to void any bet accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
- For live betting, if a disconnection occurs, the last confirmed bet will remain valid.
Odds on biji baji are set by expert analysts and are subject to change at any time. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
04Deposits & Withdrawals
All transaction-related rules on biji baji are detailed below. Members are requested to read this information carefully.
- Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
- Transactions can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and approved bank transfers.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Mobile banking withdrawals are often completed within minutes.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit, unless a different method is approved for specific reasons.
- Biji baji reserves the right to hold and investigate any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.
Please note: Withdrawals to third-party accounts or in someone else's name are strictly prohibited. Funds may only be withdrawn to a mobile wallet or bank account registered in your own name.
Deposits are credited to your account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
05Bonuses & Promotions
Biji baji regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. The following terms apply to the use of these offers.
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Please read the relevant terms before claiming any bonus.
- The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per account.
- Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
- Biji baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
In any dispute relating to bonuses, biji baji's decision will be considered final.
06Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the biji baji platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and, where applicable, legal action.
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Placing bets using automated bots or software.
- Exploiting any technical bug or vulnerability on the platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Participating in match fixing or any form of fraudulent betting activity.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
- Placing bets using insider information about an upcoming event.
07Account Closure & Suspension
Biji baji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.
- Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
- Providing false information during KYC verification.
- If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
- At the member's own request.
- By court order or government directive.
To close your account, email support@bijibaji.biz. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure. Any balance left in a closed account will be refunded within 30 days, provided no other terms have been violated.
08Limitation of Liability
Members are solely responsible for any financial losses incurred through use of the biji baji platform. Betting is always a risk — participate based on your own judgment.
- Biji baji is not liable for any losses caused by internet disruptions or technical issues.
- Biji baji is not responsible for losses resulting from the failure of third-party services such as mobile banking.
- Biji baji is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or government restrictions.
In any circumstances, biji baji's maximum liability is limited to the current balance of the account in question.
09Privacy & Data Protection
Biji baji treats the protection of members' personal data as its highest priority. All information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
- Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
- KYC information will be used solely for identity verification purposes.
- Information may be disclosed to government authorities when required by legal obligation.

10Changes to Terms & Conditions
